These services are currently available in Bangalore and will gradually expand across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Service Engagement

• All service bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our online platform.
• A detailed scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be shared and mutually agreed upon before commencement.
• Urban Monk reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its discretion if there is a breach of terms or unethical conduct.

4. Payments & Fees

• Fees for services will be clearly outlined in the respective quotations or proposals.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones. Delay in payment may result in service suspension.
• We offer online payment options and support EMI through approved partners (for select services).

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Project Execution & Timelines

• We commit to executing projects within mutually agreed timelines.
• Delays caused due to third parties, weather, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events shall not be the responsibility of Urban Monk.
• Clients are expected to provide timely access and necessary approvals to avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, documents, and digital materials shared during the service process remain the intellectual property of Urban Monk unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.

7. Warranties & Liability

• Work executed by Urban Monk Prime comes with applicable warranty periods, depending on the service (e.g., interiors: up to 10 years).
• We use verified vendors and certified materials, but Urban Monk is not liable for damages due to misuse, negligence, or external factors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for legal disputes between property owners and third parties unless engaged for legal consultation.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of project completion and materials already procured.
• Admin charges or penalties may apply in case of abrupt cancellations.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All client information shared with us is confidential and used solely for project execution and communication. We do not sell or share data with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
